Teresa Maria Zalewska is graduated from Warsaw Medical Academy; qualify as the infectious disease doctor, an author of numerous articles concerning an art of creation healthy and balanced life, the author and co-operator of cyclical workshops of therapeutic and developments aims, such as: "Between medicine and art", "Creativity and health", "Dance, health, success", "Catharsis", "Journey to a land of smile - how quickly and effectively regenerate own organism", "Search a key to your health", "Three steps to health and fulfilled life", "Creative work with ourselves - therapy against a stress",
"Healing power of colors, sound and dance", "With medicine and art for health and success", "Get rid of stress, be healthy". In a year 2001 she issued in Poland two books - "Songs of Heaven", which contain a knowledge regarding creative self-expressing and blockades accompanying to the harmonious creation. In 2006 there was edited by DSP from Chicago her book "Magic Thought" and collective work "Poets of our times" contains her works. The authors of this work are laureates of modern poetry contest of Polish colony, which was organized by this publishing house.
On numerous seminars in a country and abroad, she underscores necessity of taking into account in therapy of many illness, psychophysical unity of a human being and prompts to a reflection under a sense of suffering.
Successes of her firm were possible thanks to co-operation with co-founder and an originator of many engagements, Krystyna Zalewska and also with talented trainers - Żaneta Ryszawa, Waldemar Borkowski, Jola Dec, Aleksander Łamek.
A great kindness and comprehension from many people, herein Ryszard Makowski - director of House of the Culture Praga in Warsaw, and whole team of workers, become an invaluable base for development of workshops.
Co-operation with known vocalist Marek Bałata had brought CD "Unity" and also a concert "Songs of Heaven", which took place on January 2006 in House of the Culture Praga.
Next CD "Talks of small heart" came into being with co-operation with Paulina Żmijewska, Marcin Golański, Małgorzata Karasińska and with the children from the John Paul II Nonpublic School, is published fragmentarily on: http://pl.youtube.com/user/yasioda.
