The
physical activity is helpful - fitness clubs, sports - at least help
us to move.
Improve blood circulation and co-ordination. But do not help us to come
into contact with ourselves, because their motive is outside in relation
with the self- experience.
It set us in the position of moving our body in definite purpose, instead
of becoming aware of ourselves.
You can play golf or tennis until you will be the expert, but I do not
believe, that as a result of it, your habitual attitude will a little
bit change.
